Welcome to Dot.Creative Group. We are honored that you are considering our studio for your next tattoo. To offer you the best possible service and maintain the highest standards, we have established the following booking policies:

  1. By Appointment Only:

    Our studio operates exclusively on an appointment-only basis. This allows us to focus our attention solely on you, ensuring a personalized experience from start to finish. By dedicating our time to individual clients, we can create unique designs and provide the highest quality work.

  2. Selective Tattoo Requests:

    We carefully evaluate each tattoo request. Our artists review the submissions and choose the projects that are in line with their artistic vision and expertise. This approach allows us to commit ourselves fully to bringing your tattoo concept to life.

  3. Contact upon Selection:

    If your project is selected by one of our artists, you will be contacted directly by the artist or their assistant. We understand the anticipation surrounding the selection process and appreciate your patience as we review each request. Please allow 1 week for a reply as they are reviewed in the order they are received.

  4. Complete Information Prior to Deposit:

    To streamline the booking process, it is essential that you provide us with comprehensive information about your desired tattoo. We kindly request that you share detailed descriptions, reference images, preferred placement, and any other pertinent elements. This information enables our artists to evaluate the project accurately, ensuring that we can fully meet your expectations.

  5. Deposit Requirement:

    Upon agreement of your project’s details, we will request a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking confirmation process. Appointments are not scheduled until a deposit is received. We appreciate your understanding that the deposit is non-refundable, as it compensates our artist for the time and effort invested in preparing for your appointment.

  6. Design Concept Finalization:

    We strive to ensure that your tattoo design reflects your vision. Therefore, any necessary adjustments or minor modifications to the design can be made on the day of your appointment. However, please note that once the deposit has been sent, the overall concept and elements of the design cannot be changed or added to. This allows our artists to adequately prepare and deliver the best possible outcome for your tattoo. If you would like to make a significant change to the agreed-upon design, this will be considered a new project and will require a new deposit.

  7. One-on-One Experience:

    To create the optimal environment for creativity and focus, we do not allow guests during tattoo sessions. We believe in providing our clients with a tranquil and one-on-one experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the process without any distractions. This ensures that we can deliver our best work while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

  8. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any changes. You can reschedule your appointment 1 time without losing your deposit. Failing to provide 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
